Flawless Figures Bookkeeping grew from a simple truth: most business owners don’t start their business because they love bookkeeping. They start because they’re great at what they do - building homes, running cafés, tinkering with engines, fixing roofs and solving problems for their customers every day. The numbers, however, have a habit of creeping in after hours. Invoices to send. Receipts to sort. BAS deadlines quietly approaching.


That’s where Flawless Figures found its purpose - bringing structure, clarity and calm to the financial side of running a business. Because when the numbers are sorted, everything else feels a little easier.

Built on Experience

Founder Nicky Barr has spent nearly 30 years working inside businesses, often in Office Manager roles that covered everything from administration and marketing to sales and bookkeeping. She loved experiencing all aspects of running a small business, but her energy and passion shone brightest when she was crunching numbers. 

While others might avoid spreadsheets, Nicky was the one happily making sense of them. After the bookkeeping industry became regulated, Nicky formalised her expertise by obtaining her BAS Agent Licence in 2016 and Flawless Figures Bookkeeping was launched shortly after.


Since then, the business has grown into a dedicated team of experienced bookkeepers who share the same goal: alleviating the stress for small/medium business owners.
