These packages can be tailored to suit your specific business requirements. Once you have selected from one of the base packages below, you can select any of our add on services that your business may require.

One off software setup / health check fee - Price starting from $200

Software Set Up

Whatever software you choose, there are many settings that need to be configured such as chart of accounts, GST and PAYG settings, opening/conversion balances, payroll settings, invoice templates and much more.
For efficiency and accuracy, it is essential that these settings are set up correctly at the beginning as they provide an accounting backbone to your whole system.

Bookkeeping Health Check

Don’t need new software setup? Maybe you already have an accounting software in place? Flawless Figures Bookkeeping will conduct a thorough health check of your current system to ensure the system has been correctly set up.

Includes verifying the entry of customer and supplier invoices, payments and receipts from bank, communicating any queries related to the accounts for the period. Reconciliation and verification of all bank, petty cash, loan and credit card accounts.

Includes employee setup, prepare payroll, monitor entitlements, lodge TFN declarations, review, advise and lodge PAYG Withholding and Super, reconcile End of Year wages, report, lodge and send payment summaries & roll over payroll year if applicable.

Software training for your employees.
If you are in the building and construction industry, you are required to lodge an annual TPAR (Taxable Payments Annual Return) to the Australian Taxation Office.
